EDITO

In a context where 10 million people live below the poverty line in France and where the intergenerational transmission of inequalities is confirmed, this issue invites us to confront the social and environmental determinants of health. From intercommunal policies to the national food-climate strategy, territories are organising and innovating. On the ground, peer support, risk reduction, alternative communication, or ethical questioning reflect a shared conviction: to act effectively is to place people — not systems — at the heart of practices.
