EDITORIAL

This week in L'Hebdo of Practices in Health. Modern health requires a systemic and unpartitioned approach, driven by the ecosystem‘One Health’linking humans, animals, and their environment. The psychological distress of young people acts as an indicator of the fragilities in our social structures, necessitating a collective response rather than an individual one. Urgent issues are emerging, such as the protection ofsleepthrough a ‘digital curfew’ from 8pm for minors, while thePNNS 5 (2026-2030)aims for a 30% reduction in childhood overweight through sustainable nutrition. Equity requires making visible thefinancial out-of-pocket expenses (RACIDLS)and recognising social connection as a priority for well-being. At the local level, mayors are becoming pivotal in preventing addictions and regulating public space. The attractiveness of health professions now depends on levers such asaccess to housingfor caregivers to stabilise teams. The transformation of the medico-social offer prioritises coordinated pathways that promote self-determination. Finally, dignity is sanctified by an accessible rights charter (FALC) and practices that respect thecultural safety. This model relies on the co-responsibility of actors to ensure a psychologically and ecologically habitable future.
