Editorial
How to scale a good idea from the ground up to a system level? This issue questions the scaling up, from public health innovations (WHO) to complex interventions, without ever losing sight of equity. It extends this requirement by equipping organisations to influence public policies that favour health, and by outlining, with the Health at Work Plan 2026-2030, a national roadmap. The environment emerges as a major determinant: ecological assessment of France, forever chemicals (PFAS), active mobility as prevention levers. Digital technology, for its part, cautiously holds its promises: mental health conversational agents offer expanded access but modest effects and still insufficient safeguards, particularly for young people. Finally, two surveys remind us that access to rights and the quality of reception remain unequal: under-consumption of PCH plans, documented medical racism. A common thread runs through this work: evidence-based data serving just action, rooted in the territories.

NEW: THEMATIC PAGES
The thematic pages, initially designed to group blog articles, had grown too dense and unusable. They are now reorganized into structured summaries highlighting the issues, benchmarks and key tools. The new page for this week.
📒 Health literacy: from individual competence to the responsibility of organisations
📌 Health literacy — the ability to find, understand, evaluate and use information to make decisions about one's health — concerns everyone: 44% of adults in France have an insufficient level, with a strong social gradient. Rather than attributing the difficulty to the user, this article proposes a paradigm shift towards the responsibility of organisations (organisational literacy), accessibility (easy-to-read, augmentative and alternative communication, plain language) and combating infodemic. A modifiable social determinant now linked to human rights, literacy calls for shared action from health systems, education and public policies.
