Editorial 

This week, a common tension runs through my readings: never have we measured, evaluated, quantified as much — and never has the gap between diagnosis and action seemed so difficult to bridge. The Senate and Health Insurance quantify the preventive imperative; the work on impact assessment reminds us that a rigorous finding does not, by itself, change a decision. Everywhere, the same lesson recurs: what makes the difference is not the data, but the space given to the people concerned. Partner patients, local communities, families, children equipped to express their limits — health is built with, never on. From disabled individuals at home to bullied children whose parents remain silent, these documents highlight our blind spots. It is up to us to turn them into levers.
