Editorial — The Weekly N°31-2026

This week, a common underlying theme runs through our resources: health is being redistributed. It is leaving the medical office to reach schools, businesses, pharmacists, and social connections themselves, now prescribed and funded. It is also being reshaped in local governance, where the prefect and the new departmental delegations of the ARS redefine who decides and who funds your projects. Finally, it is shifting to the digital realm, where parents and educators struggle to keep up with practices — AI, sports betting — already established among the youngest. Everywhere, the same question persists: that of inequalities, non-access, and rights that remain unaddressed for the most vulnerable. Eleven texts to objectify what the field senses, and to transform a feeling into an arguable point.

NEWS FROM HEALTH PRACTICES
