Editorial

This issue opens with a new file from the Open Notebooks dedicated to social isolation, with guidelines for action in our territories. The question of connection runs through this entire issue: loneliness, housing, extreme poverty, but also equity in global health in the face of funding cuts. Screens remain at the heart of current events, among children as well as among people with disabilities. On the public policy side, the PLFSS 2027, the health at work plan for the public service, and the AI roadmap of the National Education announce concrete changes for our practices. The Local Health Contract is presented as a lever for Health in all policies, and the OECD proposes a method for selecting and adapting interventions from elsewhere. The medico-social sector will find an analysis of FINESS data, and a guide from Miviludes helps to identify sectarian drifts in health. Forty years after Ottawa, Theresa Tam reminds us that the principles of health promotion remain valid in the face of current crises.

The Open Notebooks of Health Practices: social isolation

💼  Social isolation is not a fatality: how to act concretely in our territories? In the face of this major public health issue, the new dossier of the Cahiers Ouverts de Pratiques en Santé, written by Daniel Oberlé, proposes a methodical framework for field actors: 🔹 Distinguish isolation and solitude to better target interventions 🔹 Activate everyday places (shops, third places, associations) as relational infrastructures 🔹 Adopt a proactive approach of 'going towards' 🔹 Structure local action in 7 key steps
