EDITO

Going where the needs are: this is what runs through this issue. Going towards families that the city centre services no longer reach, as recounted by 56 health cities. Going towards minors recruited online, when street outreach is no longer sufficient. Going towards groups excluded from care due to out-of-pocket costs, which fifty international experts are calling to protect. This movement needs support: rights made enforceable in mental health and early support, data that makes inequalities visible, an AI that we frame instead of suffering. But it also has a weak point, highlighted by the Court of Auditors — fragile departments on which all field funding depends.
